High Street Monster Safari
Join us for a monster filled family day out this October!
10 MonsterVillains have been spotted in shop windows across these parts and it’s your job to find them! Families in Finchley Central are invited to take part for free in MonsterVillain Safari this October. All you need is a smart phone.
The hunt is on! Start the safari by going to monstervillainsafari.com and finding your first character or scan the QR code on any character you find. Learn the names, stories and powers of all 10 creepy but cute villains and then read about their first mischievous adventure in a free eBook.
To take part simply:
- Scan any character’s QR code to begin collection
- Hunt down the monstrous villains using the map
- Learn their names, stories and powers by scanning their QR codes
- When you’ve found them all download and read your very own eBook
The trail to find the 10 ‘MonsterVillains’ takes on average about 45 minutes to complete and is completely free for families and groups to take part in. At around 1.5 miles or 3,500 steps it should keep families fit and active too, while providing a fun way to discover your high street.
The Safari works by utilising contactless QR codes, without the need for families to download or sign up to anything. 10 vinyl window monsters, all specially created for this project have been placed in shop windows around Ballards Lane, Hendon Lane and Regents Park Road for families to hunt down. There is no need to actually go inside the venues and please make sure you adhere to social distancing rules across the town centre.
